The goal is to help you reach your ideal weight—no more, no less—so that you can easily stabilize it and avoid the yo-yo effect.

Your ideal weight is roughly determined using the BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation, which is based on your weight-to-height ratio.

Therefore, there is no  limit to how much weight you can lose, but it’s important to note that this isn’t magic. Hypnosis will not take you below your natural ideal weight.

During the weekly follow-up, we will review your experiences and progress from the previous week. This allows me to provide personalized advice based on the results you’ve achieved.

 

The great thing about this program is that there are no diets or restrictions to follow—you can continue eating as you normally do.

The virtual gastric band process gradually takes effect as you listen to the sessions over time, enhancing feelings of fullness and creating aversion to high-calorie foods.

The Virtual Gastric Band is a hypnosis protocol (featured in my Weight Loss – Virtual Gastric Band session).

It works to reduce your weight by enhancing feelings of fullness and by altering your food preferences.

Unlike surgical procedures, the virtual gastric band adapts to your body type and metabolism. Therefore, if your meal portions are already suited to your body’s needs, you may not notice changes in that area.

In such cases, the root cause of your weight challenges is likely not related to eating habits but lies elsewhere.

The first weight loss results typically appear around the 10th day of listening.

This is the time it takes for your subconscious to process the information provided during the session and begin responding in your daily life, triggering weight loss habits.

However, after just a few initial sessions, you may already notice some effects of the virtual gastric band, such as enhanced feelings of fullness and changes in your food preferences.

 

My “Weight Loss  Virtual Gastric Band” session is the primary session, specifically designed to trigger weight loss.

The “Stop Snacking” session is a secondary session meant to complement the primary one. It focuses on addressing eating behaviors, helping to put an end to snacking and compulsive eating, which often play a significant role in weight gain.

 

I recommend taking a one-week break to reset the subconscious cycle before starting another 21-day therapy.

Yes, you can address multiple issues simultaneously by listening to your sessions back-to-back—or, for example, some in the morning and others in the evening.

Everyone is receptive to self-hypnosis, unlike traditional hypnosis, which only about 10% of the population is naturally receptive to.

Studies have shown that we all enter a state of self-hypnosis multiple times a day—whether during a drive, when daydreaming, in deep thought, or engaging in activities that require focused attention. However, during these moments, this state isn’t consciously directed toward a goal.

In contrast, during a self-hypnosis session, this altered state of consciousness is intentionally used to address a specific issue, making it a powerful and purposeful tool for transformation.

My session lasts 20 minutes.

Never listen to self-hypnosis tapes while driving or operating heavy machinery, as they can induce a deeply relaxed state. If you have any medical or psychological conditions, consult with a healthcare professional before starting self-hypnosis.

 

Self-hypnosis is simply self-applied hypnosis. You are in control. 

Instead of being there to guided you in person, using the audio session you allow yourself  to enter into a state of altered consciousness on your own. Once in this state, you can work with your subconscious to address the specific issue you want to resolve. This is achieved through various self-hypnosis protocols tailored to the particular challenge you’re focusing on.

Self-hypnosis is just as effective as an in-person session. The only difference is that, instead of being guided face-to-face, you’re guided through my audio session.

However, to achieve significant results, it’s essential to be consistent with your sessions and follow listen for the full 21-day cycle for optimal effectiveness.

My Journey

I am an Ericksonian hypnosis practitioner who has specialized in weight loss for the past 10 years.

Throughout my career, I have completed numerous training programs, including one at the Ericksonian Hypnosis and Coaching Institute led by Dr. Madelrieux in Paris. These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and tools to help you shed unwanted weight through therapeutic hypnosis.

I began my practice in Narbonne, Southern France, 10 years ago. Building on this rewarding experience, I went on to open two centers in Western France, training my associates to continue this mission.

Today, I practice in Vendée, Western France. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to take on new clients in person. In response to high demand, I created an audio version of my weight loss session, allowing more people to practice self-hypnosis and benefit from this transformative method.
