Week 1:

Reach out to me after one week of listening to the sessions, so we can have our first follow-up. We will discuss your experience during the sessions, your ability to enter a state of altered consciousness, and how you’re feeling about the visualizations. We’ll also review your sensations of satiety and any feelings of disgust towards hyper-caloric foods …

Week 2:

Contact me again after two weeks of listening to the sessions, so that we can discuss the weight loss results you’ve achieved. At this stage, we’ll also review your progress in terms of eating habits, snacking frequency, and the quantities of food consumed during meals …

Week 3:

At the end of the 21 days, we will review the number of pounds you have lost. I will also provide you with recommendations to continue your weight loss or recommendations to stabilize your weight if you have reached your ideal weight.

• Next Steps:

Weight loss typically ranges from 9 to 15 pounds per month on average. For more significant weight loss, it will be necessary to repeat the therapy for another 21-day cycle. We will continue to be in contact weekly until you reach your weight goal and stabilize your ideal weight.
