The goal is to reach your ideal weight, neither more nor less, so that it can be easily stabilized once achieved, and to avoid the yo-yo effect. This is defined through something you might already be aware of: a BMI calculation, meaning your weight-to-height ratio.
Therefore, the sky’s the limit! But it’s not magic either. Hypnosis will not allow you to go below your ideal natural weight for your body.
During the weekly follow-up, we will review your feelings and progress from the previous week, which allows me to provide advice based on the results you’ve achieved and want to achieve.
There are no diets, no restrictions to follow. You can continue eating as you normally would.
The virtual band process gradually takes effect as you continue listening each day to the entire session (enhancing feelings of fullness, aversion to high-calorie foods).
The virtual band is a hypnosis protocol (which I use specifically in my Weight Loss Virtual Band session). The virtual band works on your weight by enhancing the feeling of fullness, as well as changing food preferences.
Unlike a surgical procedure, the virtual band adapts to your body shape and metabolism. Therefore, if the portions of your meals are already suited to your body type, you will not see changes in this area. In general, in such cases, the cause is not related to eating habits. In which case I recommend that you check out one of my other weight loss sessions.
The first results in terms of weight loss usually appear starting from the tenth day of listening. This is the time needed for your unconscious to process the information received during the session, before it can react accordingly in your daily life, triggering weight loss.
However, after the first few listens, you may already notice the initial effects of the virtual band, such as an increased feeling of fullness, as well as changes in your food preferences.

My “Stop Snacking” session is a secondary guide to be used as a complement, focusing on behavioral changes related to eating habits. Specifically to put an end to snacking and compulsions, which often play a significant role in weight gain.
After 21 days of listening, take a one-week break to reset your unconscious mind. Then, renew the therapy for another 21 days. Repeat this cycle until you reach your ideal weight.
Yes, you can address multiple issues at once by listening to sessions consecutively, or you can listen to some in the morning and others in the evening, for example.
Each session lasts 20 minutes. There is no specific time of day that you need to prioritize, the important thing is to find a moment for yourself where you won’t be interrupted.

Yes, we are all receptive to self-hypnosis. Unlike traditional hypnosis where only 10% of the population is responsive.
It has been proven through various studies that we all enter a state of self-hypnosis several times a day. For instance, while driving, when we daydream, when we are deep in thought, or during other activities that significantly focus our attention. However, in these moments, we don’t use it for a specific purpose. During a hypnotherapy session the altered state of consciousness/hypnosis is used to address a specific issue.
The altered state of consciousness reached is a completely natural phenomenon. We all enter this state several times a day (while driving, reading, when we’re daydreaming, etc.).
According to the Ministry of Health, headaches, drowsiness, and dizziness may occur in very rare cases. The practice of hypnosis and self-hypnosis is also not advised for people suffering from dissociative mental disorders.
Self-hypnosis is simply hypnosis applied to oneself. Instead of being guided in person, I guide you through my audio session, allowing you to enter an altered state of consciousness on your own. You can then work with your unconscious mind on the issue you wish to address, using various self-hypnosis protocols tailored to the specific issue. In this case meeting your weight loss goals.
Self-hypnosis is definitely as effective as an in-person session. The only difference is that instead of being guided in person, you are guided through the audio session.
However, to achieve noticeable results, it is important to be consistent in the regularity of your sessions to respect the unconscious cycle.
My session should be listened to while lying down, with your eyes closed, in complete silence, and ideally with headphones. This ensures the ideal conditions for entering a self-hypnotic state.
Very much so! I use hypnotherapy on children starting at the age of 7.
I recommend that you should avoid falling asleep, as it breaks the connection with your unconscious mind, and the session becomes less effective.
If you feel too drowsy lying down, I recommend listening to it while sitting, and if your schedule allows, try to listen to it in the morning.
