The consumer Customer is informed that the French Consumer Code generally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance.

However, in certain cases, this right of withdrawal does not apply.

Reminder of the Right of Withdrawal:

A French consumer or resident in France generally has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period, without needing to justify a reason or pay any fees or penalties. The period starts the day after the order confirmation.

The Customer may use the model for withdrawal below, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer simply needs to notify the Seller of their intention to withdraw before the expiration of the period.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, a full refund of the amounts paid is provided, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the notification of the refund request and via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain contracts.

This is the case when the order concerns the provision of digital content not provided on a physical medium, whose execution has begun after the consumer’s express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

After the payment step of the Order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email along with the downloadable digital file.

The Customer is expressly informed and gives their express consent to waive their right of withdrawal in this email before downloading the digital product.
